Wagner's axial roll systems enable the production of threads of excellent quality – quickly, precisely, and with a particularly smooth surface. The cold forming process does not cut the material, but rather hardens it. This results in extremely durable and smooth threads in a very short processing time.
In addition to classic right-hand and left-hand threads, fine threads, pipe threads, and trapezoidal threads can also be produced. Special profile rolls also enable further forming options, such as knurling, rolling, smoothing, or the introduction of lubrication grooves.
